Our help and advice section aims to give a greater understanding to both individuals and employers about mental health issues.
In the menu on the left hand side you will find an overview of what mental health is and the most common mental health problems. You will find our philosophy to recovery from mental ill health as well general tips and advice about how to improve your own mental wellbeing as well as support a friend or family member.
Our advice for employers focuses around practical steps that employers can take to ensure effective mental health policies and practices are in place. We also run mental health first aid and mental health awareness training courses, working with employers to help them address mental health issues in the workplace.
