Our help and advice section aims to give a greater understanding to both individuals and employers about mental health issues.
In the menu on the left hand side you will find an overview of what mental health is and the most common mental health problems. You will find our philosophy to recovery from mental ill health as well general tips and advice about how to improve your own mental wellbeing as well as support a friend or family member.
We offer a range of wellbeing at work training programmes that can be tailored for all types of organisations and companies. All information on our training programmes can be found through Breathe, our counselling and wellbeing centre, located in Cardiff.
