Welcome to Gofal’s video library. Here you will find inspirational video stories from former service users who talk about thier mental health and their experiences of using Gofal’s services. We also have videos from some of our amazing fundraising events… Many of our former service users are now working with Gofal as Media Volunteers. We believe that the media have an important role to play in shaping people’s attitudes to mental health and hearing people with lived experience tell their own stories can be an effective way to challenge negative stereotypes.
