In order to inform and influence policy and public opinion, we regularly interact with both broadcast and print media. We write a regular column for the Western Mail and often contribute to BBC Wales and ITV Wales news stories.

It is important that the media report on mental health problems in a balanced and responsible manner, carefully considering the language, tone and potential impact of the story/article on people experiencing mental health problems.
