Most common mental health problems

Anxiety and depression are the most common mental health probelms with around one or two in every ten adults experiencing symptoms at any time. Research shows us that one in four people will experience a mental health problem in any given year, making mental health problems some of the most common health conditions.

Below is a list of the most common mental health problems. Click on each link to find out more information about each individual condition.
