Gofal teamed up with KIN+ILK coffee shops to organise an awareness event which got people talking about mental health and gave people a chance to share their opinions on the status of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace in Wales.

Gofal’s Torfaen team have so far successfully raised over £700 for the Gofal Crisis Fund with their sponsored walk along the Afon Lwyd Trail from Pontypool to Cwmbran on Tuesday 3rd October.

Gofal has been awarded the contract to continue delivering our Pathways to Employment project in Caerphilly for a further two years with an option for an additional year.

Researchers from the Swansea University Medical School have been funded by Health and Care Research Wales to study the way eating disorders are dealt with and treated across different types of healthcare settings, in partnership with Gofal.

An app has been launched in Wales which aims to bridge a knowledge gap and provide information to enable preventative and early intervention for those suspected of having an eating disorder, which will help increase the chances of individual recovery.
