Being part of the community
| Some people may feel isolated or excluded from everyday activities and opportunities because of their mental ill health. We support people to become involved in the leisure and recreational activities that interest them, and to take up education, training, volunteering and employment opportunities.We also support people to self-manage their mental health, and to develop the skills and confidence to be able to participate more fully in society.
