Thinking differently about mental health and wellbeing

Senior leadership team

Jane Bressington

Jane has overall responsibility for making sure that the way Gofal operates allows its people to be the best they can be at work, supporting their wellbeing and setting them up for success in their jobs. This is through having people strategies which help employees understand how to succeed in their roles, and enable them to access the training, communication and development they need, as well as having HR policies which are based on fairness and equality.
